Rosie Fitzmaurice is a health, fitness and beauty journalist and editor, writing about issues related to women’s health, nutrition, exercise, longevity, and sex and relationships.
As a new(ish) mum, Rosie has a strong personal interest in postpartum fitness, emotional wellbeing and new parenthood.
A Pilates and strength training devotee, cold shower and sauna obsessive, with a very specific coffee order, she loves nothing more than putting the latest wellbeing trends to the test and interviewing scientists and experts to debunk common wellness myths.
Formerly wellness editor at the Evening Standard, Rosie has written for a range of publications, spanning national newspapers and magazines, including The i Paper, Stylist, Good Housekeeping, Red Magazine, Get the Gloss and Liz Earle Wellbeing Magazine.
She studied Portuguese and Spanish at the University of Leeds and spent a year living in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, as part of her degree.
