To me, 2020 was all about running. Stuck in lockdown, I laced up my running shoes and took to the great outdoors to create a sense of travel and movement in my life that quarantine kept from me. it was beautiful, and therapeutic.

However, now things are getting back to normal, I'm looking to change tacks and begin to build my body again. This summer, it's all about doing more pull-ups, jumping higher over the beach volleyball net, and getting stronger arms and legs so I can swim that little bit better.

It's not just the best adjustable dumbbells I'll be needing – resistance bands offer convenient, portable, elastic solutions that can also develop muscle throughout the eccentric phase of a movement. It's an entire gym which can fit in a slender drawstring bag, perfect for small spaces or on-the-go.

Of course, none of these efforts are going to be worth it without the right fuel. To aid with my muscle development, and save some money, I'll be making the best use of some top protein deals. I've included two deals below: one high-quality whey protein, and one plant-based protein for vegetarians and vegans.
