You don't need a set of weights to build muscle. Resistance bands are more affordable, easier to store and arguably just as versatile; you can use them for everything from strength workouts to stretches to yoga classes.
Many of the best resistance bands come in sets of varying thicknesses — thicker bands provide more resistance — so you can use different bands to suit different exercises, or pick up a thinner one if you're doing a more gentle stretch rather than banded biceps curls.
Although they are generally lower-cost than weights, Prime Day offered the chance to save even more using some significant resistance band deals. And, though the annual sales even is now officially over, many deals remain.
We've used our experience testing resistance bands to round up five of the best resistance band deals on Amazon to help you build muscle, develop strength, improve your flexibility and deepen yoga and Pilates stretches without breaking the bank.

Whatafit Resistance Bands Set |
$39.66, $22.97 at Amazon
This great-value set comes with five resistance bands, ranging from 10lbs to 50lbs. There are clips and handles at the end of each band so you can use them alone or anchor them to a door or other support. Don't miss out on this 42% discount.
Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands |
was $20.95, $12.95 at Amazon
This set comes with five looped bands at different resistance levels and a convenient carry case for when you're on the go. The bands are color-coded so you don't have to read small labels to find the right one mid-workout. There's 38% off right now too, saving you $8 on the regular price.
Hemacudy Resistance Bands Storage Rack |
$29.99, $15.99 at Amazon
Carry cases are convenient when you're on the go, but this resistance band storage rack is a much better way to stay organized at home. And if you have other equipment, workout gear or tools, you can use it to hang them up neatly too.
Although there are plenty of great weights deals around, you may not be looking for a set of dumbbells or a new kettlebell. Adjustable dumbbells combine several in one, but you still need space to store them.
However, resistance bands are a more affordable and easy to store alternative to weights, helping add some resistance to bodyweight exercises like squats and lunges, or you can use them to ease into yoga stretches as well.
That said, after reading up on resistance bands vs weights, you may decide that you'd rather have a mix of equipment. If that's the case, check out this excellent anti-Prime Day $30 adjustable kettlebell deal at Best Buy.
