Black Friday treadmill deals 2022: Everything we know about the upcoming sales
Save with Black Friday treadmill deals on huge brands and foldable treadmills too in 2022
We're already preparing for the Black Friday treadmill deals in 2022. Over the last Black Friday period, we saw some unmissable discounts on the likes of Bowflex, Peloton, and ProForm treadmills, and the next one is likely to be even better. Arriving just in time for winter training each year, these treadmill deals have been handpicked based on what we think is genuinely a great saving and what’s worth buying.
We saw discounts as big as $900 on the best treadmills, but Black Friday treadmill deals aren’t all about the massive brands though. If you want a foldable treadmill or just want something where you can jump on and get going without the smart features, we’ve included some excellent options for you below.
If you do want to go all out without the hefty price tag, the Black Friday weekend is the best time to buy a Peloton, top-rated Bowflex treadmill, or other big brands like NordicTrack. Many of these machines will also come with 30-day free memberships to fitness platforms that allow you to stream live workouts to your machine.
Whatever you need, find the best Black Friday treadmill deals below or, for other fitness savings, head to our round-up of Black Friday rowing machine deals, Black Friday weights deals, or Black Friday elliptical deals.

Cyber Monday 2021: When is it, and when can we expect the deals to begin?
Black Friday falls on Friday November 25, 2022. However, the deals actually began to ramp up a few weeks prior to the date itself, so we'll start to see treadmill bargains around November 10, snowballing in time for Black Friday.
Once Black Friday hits, the deals will continue across the whole weekend - Friday, Saturday and Sunday are chock-full of discounts, surprise flash deals and Black Friday goodness, right the way through to Cyber Monday on the 28th. Originally conceived as a way to jettison excess Black Friday stock by selling it online, Cyber Monday has grown into an event in its own right.
What does this mean for fitness fans? Well, whether you're after one of the Black Friday protein deals or Black Friday weights deals for added muscle, a running machine, or some Black Fridaygym clothes deals for a new set of activewear, you'll be able to grab some great deals from the latter half of November, right up until midnight on the 28th. Keep checking this page, as we'll cover all the best treadmill deals right here as they happen.
What makes a good Cyber Monday treadmill deal?
With discounts on running machines on all sorts of brands, designs, and price points, narrowing down your search for the best Black Friday treadmill deals is the tricky part. Since you’ll be doing the same activity whichever machine you choose, you might expect all treadmills to work in exactly the same way. That’s not the case.
Electric models are popular for a reason, as they’re so easy to start and stop, but the catch is that you’ll need to hunt down a suitable spot in your home next to an electric socket before you can get sprinting. Then, there’s the curved treadmill, which has a deck shaped like a crescent moon. Although these machines cost more, they’re a big player for more experienced runners, as the shape fits the natural curve of your running motion and engages more of your all-important muscle fibers.
It’s always worth considering whether your treadmill choice comes with any extra accessories or even something as simple as a solid warranty to safeguard your new treadmill from any strokes of bad luck. With accessories such as incline level settings to integrate hill climbs into your workouts or pre-set workouts that will kickstart any spin session, there are lots of ways to level up your workout.
Whatever you’re looking for, there’s bound to be a bargain that will blow your socks off. Last year, we saw savings as huge as $800 on brands such as Bowflex treadmills, and big retailers such as Target were even dishing out treadmills for as little as $150.
If you’re not already beelining for one big brand, it might be a good idea to approach the Black Friday treadmill sales with an open mind too, as there will be plenty of opportunities to hunt down a fantastic deal on a lesser-known brand.

Why use a treadmill?
The best treadmills help you exercise by providing a consistent surface, allowing you to pick and choose the gradient of your run so you can measure your progress more exactly than any road-run. In addition, the soft tread of the machines provides a softer, more even surface, putting you less at risk of injury and joint pain than the sudden elevations and concrete you get in real life.
Key features to look for when considering which treadmill to invest in include top speed (which generally ranges from 12-22km/hr), incline setting (anything around 10-15% will significantly raise your heart rate) and belt length. The latter is important to consider in relation to your stride length - something you can learn more about at a gait analysis.
