If you're on a budget and looking for a Black Friday shoe deal, you won't find many reductions better than the Columbia Konos TRS.

Already affordable, with a $100 RRP, you can get a pair for even less this Black Friday, with prices for the women's shoes starting at $53.08, and the men's from $63.02

I tested the Konos earlier this year for my best walking shoe guide, and it became my favorite budget pick of 2025.

My mom also stole it before her trip to Italy and wore it constantly for her daily tourist-y treks.

There are a variety of discounts available across several sizes and colorways. There are also some reductions on the waterproof Outdry version, reduced from $120 to $73.50.

The Konos can do it all. It's well-cushioned and bouncy, making it suitable for walking on hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt, with good energy return underfoot.

It also has a superior grip on slippery surfaces and is built sturdily enough to take off-road for hikes or trail walks.

While the Outdry waterproofing feature does cost a little more, even the basic shoe is water-resistant, making it suitable for most weather and terrain.
