I’ve tried all sorts of workouts over the years. There was a time when I was doing CrossFit five times a week, another period when I’d do at-home yoga every day courtesy of Yoga With Adriene, and now I’m more into Pilates and low-impact training.

This also means that I’ve tried a lot of activewear for different types of movement, not to mention that I also review it as part of my job.
