The comfiest walking shoes I've ever tested are at their lowest price this Cyber Monday

I've tested out a lot of sneakers during my stint as fitness editor for Fit&Well, but there's one model that I keep coming back to: the Skechers Go Walk Arch Fit Motion Breeze.

They are the most comfortable, cushiony walking shoes I've ever used; I can be on my feet all day with them and not get any aches and pains. What's more, I've been using the same pair for well over a year now and they still have that pillow-y, foot-hugging feel when I slip them on.

The pricing on the shoes has been pretty volatile over the Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend—but you can currently get select styles and sizes at the lower price we've ever seen on the shoes ($45.99).

Save $39.01 I rate these as some the best walking shoes you can get, if you want an everyday sneaker that will keep you comfortable on your feet. Amazon has dropped the 'list price' detail from its page, but we've seen these shoes retail for as much as $85 previously (although they usually cost around $60). As far as we're aware, $45.99 is the lowest they have retailed for—but stocks are dwindling, so you can only get this price on certain models and sizes.

There are three things that make this shoe my top choice for city walks and long stints spent standing up: the clever slip-in arch support, the springy lightweight midsole and a super-soft upper material.

I find the arch support provides an extra bit of comfort and hugs the underside of my foot. According to Skechers, this podiatrist-approved feature should help evenly distribute weight and mold to your foot shape over time—that would certainly explain why I feel fewer aches and pains with this model than with any other sneaker.

The midsole of the shoe is made from Skecher's ULTRA GO material, which gives the shoe a springy feel—almost like a running shoe. It's lightweight though, so your feet don't feel too clunky.

The super-soft upper is great for anyone with wider feet or splayed toes; it means that you won't experience any rubbing when you wear it. I certainly found there was no wearing-in period with this sneaker—they were comfy from the moment I tried them on.

It's also a women-only style, but the discounted Gowalk Arch Fit Athletic style below is extremely similar and available in men's sizing.
