Emily Bratt is a freelance journalist and copywriter of six years with bylines in The Guardian, Evening Standard and Cotswold Life. As a journalist, Emily covers lifestyle topics with a particular interest in physical and mental health, and wellbeing.

Emily is happiest when in or near water. As a devoted swimmer, she can be found either doing lengths at the local pool or seeking out the best lakes, rivers and seas the world has to offer.

A keen traveller with an enduring curiosity for different countries and cultures, Emily has lived in France, Vietnam, Japan and Australia. Now back in the UK, she has settled as close to the sea as possible.
