Kayleigh Rattle is a journalist, editor and copywriter specialising in food, travel, parenting and wellbeing.

Kayleigh has previously held in-house editorial positions for titles including Soul & Spirit, Great British Food, Craft Gin Club’s The Stir and Co-op magazine, and has written for a wide range of brands including HelloFresh, Superdrug, Boots, M&S, EasyJet and Holland & Barrett. As a freelance journalist, Kayleigh writes for the likes of The Independent, The London Standard, National Geographic, Good Food, Health & Wellbeing and others.

Kayleigh is a member of the Guild of Food Writers, is regularly called upon to be a radio guest, and frequently judges a number of industry awards including the Veggie awards and Ocado’s Next Top Supplier.

Kayleigh started her career at the BBC children’s show Blue Peter and then Apple before going on to work in the music industry, but she swapped the world of entertainment to follow her childhood dreams of writing 10 years ago and has never looked back.

In her spare time, Kayleigh is busy writing and researching her first novel set in Georgian London, and loves paddleboarding, runs by the river and exploring the world with her partner and son through a foodie lens.

She has a First Class BA (Hons) degree in English Literature from the University of Warwick.
