Amazon's October Prime Day sale has landed with some of the best discounts I've seen in the five years I've been covering these events.

Big brands are getting involved too, with some fantastic discounts on products from famous names like Nike, Adidas and Under Armour.

The deals on Nike apparel are particularly noteworthy, with up to 45% off a huge range of items.
