Resistance bands are a great way to start strength training at home because they're more affordable than dumbbells, can be tidied away more easily than dumbbells when not in use and studies have shown resistance bands and weights result in similar strength gains.

The range of resistance bands included in this kit is also impressive. The tubed bands can be used with the handles, ankle straps and anchor to increase the challenge for an impressive range of exercises.
