Cyber Monday fitness deals live: best-ever price on Apple Airpods Pro 2 still available at Walmart

The Airpods Pro 2 were available at Amazon, Target and Walmart for $154, but only Walmart still has stock at this record-low price

It's the Sunday of Black Friday weekend and deals are beginning to sell out before Cyber Monday brings fresh offers. I'm keeping tabs on shifting stock and only Walmart still has the Apple Airpods Pro 2 for $154.

I've also picked out more great deals below. My picks are the culmination of years of experience covering fitness, fitness products and sales, weeks of research keeping tabs on price movements, and hours of scrolling to sift through the avalanche of Black Friday and, soon, Cyber Monday fitness deals. I'm confident these are the very best.

Quick links

The Very Best Black Friday/Cyber Monday Fitness Deals

Apple Airpods Pro 2
Low stock
Apple Airpods Pro 2: was US$249.99 now US$154 at Walmart

The Airpods Pro 2 crashed to its lowest price with Amazon, Target and Walmart all getting in on the action. However, only Walmart is still offering the Pro 2s at that price, with Amazon sold out and Target raising the price to $169.99.

Echelon Connect EX-3
Echelon Connect EX-3: was US$1,299.99 now US$349.99 at Echelon Fitness

This is a gob-smackingly low price for a connected spinning-style bike. Part of the reason it's so cheap is that there's no built-in screen—you have to supply a tablet—and the other is that this model is Echelon's original Peloton rival. It can't match the Peloton bike for quality, but given the Peloton holiday sale reduced the original Peloton bike to $1,295, this Echelon deal stands out as incredible value!

Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells
Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells: was US$429 now US$270 at aliexpress.us

These are the best adjustable dumbbells and they are always reduced for Cyber Monday. Normally, all the usual suspects price match, but AliExpress has crashed the party and undercut every other retailer by more than $100!

Price Check: Amazon $379 | Bowflex $379 | Dick's $379

Hoka Bondi 8
Hoka Bondi 8: was US$165 now US$130.93 at HOKA US

The max cushioning on Hoka shoes make them exceptionally popular with runners and walkers—it even topped our guide to the best walking shoes until very recently (curse you Brooks Glycerin Max). Multiple retailers are offering it around $132 so shop around to find your size in your preferred colorway. The big red "View Deal" button takes you to the Hoka site.

Price match: Amazon | Dick's | Foot Locker | Walmart

Oura Ring 3
Oura Ring 3: was US$349 now US$249 at ŌURA

The fitness tracker you wear on your finger couldn't be trendier, and one Fit&Well writer called wearing one the best thing she did for her health in 2024. The fourth generation has been released, but by some accounts the changes are marginal. I'd recommend buying from Oura, because you will be sent a sizing kit and then you can select the right size. If you buy from a third-party like Amazon or Target you need to spend $10 on a sizing kit first, then purchase the ring (using the $10-off code that comes with the sizing kit).

Price match: Amazon $249 | Target $249

Nike Pegasus 41 (Women's)
Nike Pegasus 41 (Women's): was US$140 now US$98 at nike

The latest edition of this popular all-round running shoe is a surprise inclusion in the Nike Cyber Monday sale with a good range of styles included. The discount seems to apply automatically when it's in your basket, but if not try adding the code BFRIDAY. The men's Pegasus 41 is also in the sale.

Perfect Fitness Ab Carver
Perfect Fitness Ab Carver: was US$34.99 now US$24.49 at Amazon

Ab rollers really do strengthen your core, but they can be a steep learning curve. This roller has a spring mechanism that will assist beginners. Feeling confident? This non-assisted Vinsguir abs roller is reduced to under $20.

WALKINGPAD Folding C2 Walking Pad
WALKINGPAD Folding C2 Walking Pad: was US$499 now US$399 at Amazon

A Fit&Well writer used this under-desk treadmill to walk 8,000 steps every day for a year so it's reliable—we'll give it that. It also folds up so you don't need to dedicate space to it permanently.

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 5lb French Vanilla Crème
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 5lb French Vanilla Crème: was US$85.99 now US$68.49 at Amazon

It's the Cyber Monday protein powder deal we wait for every year because Optimum Nutrition's (ON) Gold Standard wins on texture and flavor every time, and ON doesn't offer semi-permanent reductions like some other brands.

ProForm 750R
ProForm 750R: was US$699.99 now US$549.99 at Best Buy

I've been handling the coverage of Black Friday deals on rowing machines for the last couple of weeks and if you're shopping the sales to spend as little as possible, I recommend this connected model. It's been reviewed and recommended so I'm confident it's good quality, and it works with the iFit app—you'll need to use your own tablet as a screen though.

If you're looking to save on the best out there, I recommend checking out Hydrow or Ergatta.

Hydro Flask Water Bottle
Hydro Flask Water Bottle: was US$44.95 now US$32.99 at Amazon

Newsflash—you sweat when you exercise so it's a good idea to rehydrate. This water bottle checks the two boxes I think are important—it's stainless steel so it keeps your water cold and it has a straw, great for when you want a quick sip between work intervals.

Centr Inspire Series FT2 PRO Functional Trainer
Centr Inspire Series FT2 PRO Functional Trainer: was US$5,999 now US$5,399 at Centr

If you want to build a home gym worthy of Chris Hemsworth, buy from his fitness brand Centr.

This functional trainer combines a pulley system, a Smith machine and a pull-up bar. It's a great centerpiece to a well-appointed home gym.

If that price is too spicy, rest assured the ongoing Centr Black Friday sale has something for all budgets, starting at resistance bands and going up to, well, this beast.

NOBULL Pride Outwork
NOBULL Pride Outwork: was US$159 now US$44.80 at nobullproject.com

The certified trainer who tests and selects the best cross-training shoes named this shoe the best for lifting because the minimal cushioning means it's exceptionally stable. And under $50 is incredibly cheap.

Lululemon Wunder Train High-Rise Ribbed Tight 28"
Lululemon Wunder Train High-Rise Ribbed Tight 28": was US$118 now US$79 at lululemon (US)

Lululemon gear is *chef's kiss* and reliably premium so it pays to shop Lululemon's Black Friday selection. This pair of leggings were recommended by a yoga teacher who says they are perfect for sweaty gym sessions.

Liforme Classic Travel Yoga Mat
Liforme Classic Travel Yoga Mat: was US$115 now US$97.75 at Liforme

Liforme make great yoga mats with excellent grip and helpful alignment markers, and are highly rated by the practicing yoga teacher who tests mats for our best yoga mat guide. While there's 15% off this mat, there's up to 40% off other styles in the Liforme Black Friday sale, such as the Zodiac yoga mat in tiger orange.

Gainful Customized Protein
Gainful Customized Protein: was US$49 now US$22 at Gainful

Gainful offers a wide range of personalized supplements—tailored to you based on an extensive quiz and, later, access to a dietitian. A colleague has tried Gainful and was impressed, although the price was a little off-putting. With 50% off with the code BF50 now is an excellent time to try the service and supplements.

Ergatta Rower
Ergatta Rower: was US$2,499 now US$1,749 at Ergatta

I've been tracking the best rowing machine deals and this is the biggest absolute discount I have found on just a rowing machine (retailers offer bigger discounts if you buy bundles). It's a WaterRower with a screen, but rather than studio trainer-led workouts, or scenic lake experiences, it offers games where your stroke controls the action. Our reviewer found it compelling, but the best part sounds like the races—both on-demand games and weekly live races you can join.

Water.IO smart water bottle
Water.IO smart water bottle: was US$79.99 now US$63.99 at Amazon

Do you need a water bottle that automatically tracks how much you drink and logs it in an app? I didn't think so—until I tried it. It came in especially handy when I was trying to make sure I stayed well-hydrated in the days leading up to my first Hyrox fitness race.

🤔 Is it worth shopping during Black Friday?

I'm a fitness editor who looks closely at the Black Friday sales every year, but I know most people are too busy to do that and there are plenty of "Black Friday is just a scam" hot takes out there so I thought I'd start this live coverage by putting in my two cents.

Is it worth shopping during Black Friday?

Yes. Period.

When I can, I wait to make my major purchases over Black Friday. This year I bought a TV and last year I bought my wife her Christmas gift—a Garmin Forerunner 255—and got both for significantly less than I would have if I had bought at any other time of year.

If in doubt, you can check Amazon price history on CamelCamelCamel, but rest assured that's part of my process when recommending deals above.

🚨 You heard it here first—Nike Pegasus 41 under $100

We have a team beavering away on finding and writing up deals, but you'll hear about them first in this live blog.

My colleague Lou Mudge is recommending these deals on the Nike Pegasus 41. Add them to your cart and the price drops by 30% to $98 (you may need to add the code BFRIDAY at checkout, only on some styles, you'll have to experiment).

You could read more about the shoe in our guide to the best walking shoes, or you could take my word for it and snap up your size. The Nike Black Friday sale is always a feeding frenzy.

🔎 Shopping the Amazon Black Friday sale

I'm going back over the Amazon Black Friday, now that it's—y'know—Black Friday to make sure I haven't missed anything big. While I work on it, here's my shortlist:

  • Fitbit Inspire 3 for $69.95: You want an easy-to-use step tracker? Fitbit's entry-level band is hard to beat.
  • CAP Barbell Dumbbell Set with Rack for $159.99: Adjustable dumbbells are great space savers, but if you're setting up a gym in your garage and want to do dynamic functional exercises like dumbbell snatches, I think a rack of hex dumbbells are a better buy.
  • Hydro Flask water bottle for $32.99: stainless steel with a straw lid—it's a perfect water bottle for the gym.
  • Garmin Forerunner 55 for $149: while it's always tempting to buy the more expensive Garmins, this entry-level running watch will help to guide the running of almost everyone. I'd happily use this model and my marathon PR is 3hr 6min.
  • TRX Go for $97.95: I own one of these and happily recommend it. You really can train any muscle, there are a wealth of free workouts to follow online, and it can be tucked away in a draw.

💪 Resistance band deals I'm shopping

Every household should own resistance bands. They help build muscle and are useful for rehabbing after injuries and warming up. Plus, they are easy to store. There are always cheap options available, but I like to play it safe by buying from name brands, rather than the whack-a-mole pseudo-brands. Here are the resistance band deals from trusted brands.

🧘‍♂️ More yoga finds

While adding the Liforme yoga mat deal to my selection above, I was reminded of some other fine deals on yoga mats and accessories I think it's worth flagging. Most, but not all, are from highly-regarded brand Manduka.

🤑 Budget-friendly buys

My colleague Lou Mudge has been deal hunting for home gym kit that will give you change from a twenty, and I'm delighted to see she's picked up on the Theraband set of resistance bands I flagged below. Great minds.

👟 3 Hoka Black Friday deals

My colleague Lou Mudge has filed another piece deciding between three Hoka Black Friday deals, with $30 off the Bondi 8 (listed above), Clifton 9 and Transport. Lou has tried all three as part of her testing for the best walking shoe guide. Here's her take.

  1. Best for walking: Hoka Bondi 8
  2. Best for running: Hoka Clifton 9
  3. Best slip-on: Hoka Transport

🧦 Hot tip: Shop the Stance Black Friday sale for stocking fillers

For the runner or exerciser in your life, I guarantee they will love to unwrap a pair of Stance socks over the holidays. For my wife's birthday, I set my kids loose on the performance section of the Stance website to choose a design each—it was the best gift they've (and by extension I've) given in years and I'll be getting a head start on holiday shopping this weekend with 30% off with the code CYBERWEEK in the Stance Black Friday sale.

TREBLAB X9 Pro

My colleague Lou Mudge has spotted a deal on the affordable buds she uses for running.

Treblab X9 Pro
Treblab X9 Pro: was US$59.97 now US$47.89 at Amazon

Wireless, compact and with a secure fit, this pair is a great choice if you're working to a budget of $50.

💵 Money-back guarantee

One great bit of consumer advice is always to look at the guarantee offered on a product because it gives an indication of a company's faith in its product. While not a normal guarantee, Wattbike's guarantee caught my eye: Get 10% fitter or your money back.

Wattbike measures this by getting you to take a beginner-friendly health assessment submax test. That establishes a baseline, then you are given a 13-week training plan to follow. You take the test again to see how your fitness has improved.

Of course, there are rules, such as that you must complete at least 90% of the plan, which are clearly laid out on the guarantee webpage, and you'll require a heart rate strap to take part. While I offer no such guarantee I know plenty of people who have used Wattbikes and am supremely confident that if you closely follow a training plan of that duration you will surprise yourself with how much fitter you get—no matter your starting point.

Wattbike Atom
Wattbike Atom: was US$3,099 now US$2,499 at wattbike.com

This is close to the lowest price the Wattbike Atom has dropped to, but hurry—the deal ends December 2. Along with the pre-assembled bike, you get a 12-month Wattbike Training Hub subscription and a one-month Zwift trial.
