Harry Bullmore
Harry Bullmore is a Fitness Writer for Fit&Well and its sister site Coach, covering accessible home workouts, strength training dumbbell and kettlebell sessions, and yoga routines. He joined the team in 2022 from Hearst, where he reviewed products for titles like Men's Health, Women's Health, and Runner's World.
His passion for exercise's physical and mental benefits means he regularly tries new sports, experiments with workout techniques, and participates in CrossFit events. He splits his time between weightlifting, gymnastics, running, and soccer to boost his wellbeing, develop strength, and, importantly, have fun.
Harry is an NCTJ-qualified journalist with a BSc in English and Journalism from Falmouth University. During and immediately after his studies, he had freelance pieces published in several regional newspapers and Vice and Learning Disability Today.
He joined The Argus as a reporter in 2018, covering politics, crime, and sports for UK news titles in print and online, writing stories featured in several national newspapers. When not at his laptop, Harry can most commonly be found at a CrossFit box or on a long walk with his two-year-old dog, Archie.
