I’m an ab wheel convert, and always have an eye out for a deal on one of our tried-and-tested recommendations. With Amazon Prime Day approaching on July 8, I’ve been on the lookout for early deals, and this 41% reduction on an ab wheel caught my attention.

Ab rollers are a great way to strengthen the deep muscles of your core, as well as the superficial abdominals (the ones you can see).

The wide wheel on this particular wheel offers superior support, meaning you’re less likely to topple or injure yourself when rolling out. If you’re a beginner, this is an important factor to consider, because the slimmer ab wheels require more control to use.

VINSGUIR Ab Roller : was $33.99 now $19.99 at Amazon

My colleague tested the Vinsguir ab roller, ranking it at number two in our best ab wheel guide. He rates the sleek black look and the wide, beginner-friendly tread.

If you're not sure how to use an ab roller, taking a quick crash course with some YouTube tutorials is advisable, but once you’ve got the hang of it, it’s a breeze.

I first started using mine in 2023 and was blown away by how quickly I saw and felt the difference, particularly down the sides of my abs. I suddenly had oblique definition, something I'd never achieved before.

Plus, the improved core strength from regular ab wheel use helped me to lift heavier weights when squatting, deadlifting and pressing too.
